AS Collective is a small talent agency based in Los Angeles. When you send a brief, it comes straight to me. I read it, I think about who fits, and I put together a shortlist of talent I'd trust on my own set.

I started AS Collective because I kept watching brands get lost inside bigger agencies. They'd wait days for callbacks, get matched with people no one had really vetted, and end up working through a stack of account managers instead of someone who actually knew the talent. I wanted to do it the other way.

My roster is intentionally small. I've worked with everyone on it, I know what they're good at, and I know the kind of energy they bring to a shoot. Tell me what you're making and I'll handle the rest: the matching, the coordination, the logistics, the follow-up.

Briefs usually get a reply in under a day. If it's urgent, say so in the message and I'll prioritize it.
